is the feeldoe better than a strap on? seems like it might try to fall out

In many ways yes, it is better than a strap on dildo used in a harness. This can also be used in a harness and there are a variety of reviews you can read to decide if you would like to purchase it.

Most people need a harness, but when it's used the giver usually gets more stimulation and slightly better control.
I'd recommend the Share or Vixen Nexus before the Feeldoe.

I have a friend who swears by her Feeldoe.

Its better then most strap ons, and I would recommending using it with a harness just in case. Some people won't need a harness but some will.

It definitely does fall out. Strapless strapons take some practice.

I recommend Share vs Feeldoe. It doesn't fall out as easy (I could never get the Feeldoe to stay in very well without a harness). I ended up giving my Feeldoe away to a friend. I really love my Share though, I like having the added stimulation while wearing it (and it is also useable with a harness).

Honestly...I will never buy a feeldoe. I bought a share. They are amazing...and the bulb that goes inside is bigger and more snug for a better grip. The share has the different sizes. It can be used with a harness such as a O-ring...but I would suggest using it with a boxer/rodeOH strap.
