I am having a hard time getting used to the idea of a dildo vs. a vibrator! As far as using one goes, how does one decide which is better for oneself? Just wondering and thanks!

Vibrator vs Dildo
If you had to choose one, either a vibrator or a dildo, to use for the rest of your life, which would you use?
Packer or dildo?
is it soft like a packer or hard like a dildo?
Vibrating Rotary Dildo - am dying to know more about the question!!!
I guess I have already opened a thread but I am not sure, but I am so very much thinking about getting one as soon as I can, because I saw that it was
Vibrating or non-vibrating?
Which do you prefer and why? I'm making a new toy selection and would like some input.
Food Dildo/Vibe

What I mean by this I think is, is it easier with one than the other, or maybe does it require a different mind set or even is one better with partner play vs. solo? I don't know, LOL, just curious.

When we started with toys it was all about clit vibes for 'effective' reliable orgasms. But as we got into g-spot and a-spot stimulation, dildos have advantages over vibes because pressure is more important than vibes.
Now we almost always have some of both going on. A dildo for internal and a clit vibe for external - although she occasionally likes two vibes.
The only truism I've found is that what she wants/needs is different almost every time. I use to think 'this worked last time - so lets do it again' - but now I think 'we did that last time - what can I do to mix things up'.
That's why we have dozens of toys - both vibes and dildos.

I agree. The dual sensations do me in! I usually will have a traditional vibrator against my clit and a dildo for my insides. Always such a good feeling! The perfect team.

I have never used a vibrator! I almost think its too easy of an orgasm, I'd much rather climax from slow and smooth movements like what you get from a penis or dildo.

If I had to have one it would b a vibe. I can have an orgasm in seconds with a vibe at any time if I want. I dildo is nice but time consuming.

I think it can be a different mindset with dildos and vibrators, since you have to be more patient with dildos. And because vibrators provide increased sensation, I would go from using a dildo to a vibrator but not the other way around. I think both are great and provide different sensations though.

I like vibrators for solo use, and dildo for with a partner as well. I sometimes find that having someone else control the vibrations can be almost irritating, and a little too tickle-y at times.
