Interestingly, I find the exact opposite! Having the hair always helps retain any moisture (and keeps it from running down my legs because there's more surface area for it to cling too.) I am constantly uncomfortable while bare and trimming leaves sharp ends on the hair that poke and irritate me just like stubble does. I have to constantly slather medications on myself when keeping bare just to try and stop the irritation, swelling, itching, pain and prevent ingrown hairs from happening. I find having the hair really helps me by providing a cushion against friction and chafing, too. And I guess I am one of the few people who has never had any problem with performing oral on men or women au naturel because the hair has never gotten in the way. And another issue that I find repellent is all those bumps and pustules people get from hair removal methods, ewww. I do like the look of perfectly bare skin without irritation, but I can't achieve that easily myself due to extremely sensitive skin. But hair looks fine to me, too.
