Depends on how "covered" you want to be. They're both good harnesses.

Note that the Commando will be a bit more flexible - you can use it either as a jock or a G-string, and it has replaceable O-rings so you can go bigger or smaller (though the SpareParts harnesses do have a very stretchy O-ring).
