Have you considered the Cadet from Pleasure Works. He looks like he may be worth a look. On the high end, you may want to check out the VixSkin Mustang? He is a bit pricey though.

VixSkin's worth the money, although the Pleasure Works dildos are good quality but not as soft. The VixSkin Tex, Bandit, and Goodfella are in a similar size range. If you want a very realistic appearance, a couple of the Fleshjack dildos have a 5 inch circumference.

It's a bit bigger than the five inch circumfrence, but I'd suggest the Johnny VixSkin. If you want realism, something with testicles seems appropriate.
