I have had the same problem (as I am really new to anal play). What I do is squat on the floor and "push out". Usually, it will come out quite easily for me.

Elnoa's doing it right, just squat and push! That's one the reasons why I bought a medium, instead of the large!

If your prostate enlarged enough it will make it difficult to remove. Try angling the tip away from the prostate.
