You have to pinch the two ends together to insert, I don't think it can be that difficult. I would try it if I knew I was getting a toy that was the right size for my anal play.

It might take some warm up but looks like it can be done, depends on the size and material. If it is silicone it may be harder. Looks like it would be very stimulating though, sign me up.

Sounds like it could be fun, and some silicones are nice and soft (think Vixen or the Tantus silicone they use on the big Cowboys).

SquarePeg has some very interesting designs that I'd love to try out - unfortunately they're very expensive.

Naughty Student was curious about size:

Small: Length 3 1/2? • Circ 5 1/2?
Medium: Length 3 1/2? • Circ 6 1/2?

And ScottA, this one doesn't seem to be outlandishly priced, at $40 for the small and $50 for the medium.

This thing is amazing. You hold the prongs together for insertion as then let it give you a feeling of fullness, without a lot of weight. It stays in place and can be worn for a whole. Since the prongs are light, it is very easy to remove. And it's made with silicone. Definitely worth trying even though it may look strange.
