Those are 10 inches in length and should be no problem. I have never experienced any accidents with beads related to them being sucked in. Not such a beads fan anyway. If you want to be absolutely on the safe side look at the Love Pacifier.

I doubt it but I suppose there is always a slight chance. You can do like toy time Tim did once and tie a rope to it!!

The handle is plastic, so it won't squish. Personally I'd prefer a larger handle, but I don't see a reason to be overly concerned about those beads.

I doubt that... Because of it's length, but it does have a finger hook/hole at the end, so if it does somehow get stuck or sucked up, you should be able to find the end pretty easily and pull it out.
