So I'm beginning to experiment with anal beads, and I'm looking for a good set to get me started. The Ophoria a-chain looked good, but there were no real reviews on it. So if anyone out there has used them do you like them, and would you recommend them to a beginner? Also, if you haven't use them but would like to recommend a set of beads, please do. I just really liked the fact that these were made out of silicone. Thanks so much for the help and advice
Anyone have an opinion on these?

My first anal toy was Flexi Felix. It's pure silicone, too, so it can be sterilized, and it works very nicely as a beginner's anal toy. I'll have to try the A-Chain sometime to compare them.

I'm not an anal person myself, but we've carried these at work before, and they seem to be a bit slimmer and more gradually tapered than average. And the fact that they're silicone is always a huge plus. So strictly coming from someone who doesn't have personal experience but has done enough reading and spending time on here that I can't see why they wouldn't be a fine choice for a beginner. Just remember not to use silicone based lubricant with it!

I have the Flexi Felix on my wishlist, I just wasn't sure they would be good for a beginner. Thanks for the info.

Only got a chance to use them once so far. Not enough to really write a review yet... it's going to take a bit of trial and error I think before I can really decide if I love them or hate them LOL! It's my first time putting anything NOT attached to my husbands body in my butt! XD They seem pretty comfortable... no pain or anything... I was actually able to do all but the last bead on my first time, so I'd say they're pretty great for a beginner. I really loooooove the fact I can sterilize them.

Awesome! Thank you Miss Mandii for the info. I agree that the fact that it is silicone is great! The thing that sketches me out about the Flexi Felix is how stretchy it is; it worried me that it might be easy for something to break off. Is the Ophoria a-chain really stretchy, or does it fairly hold its shape?

looks good. I think the one's with cord inbetween them always looks unsanitary and easily broken though, so I'd stray away from those.

Agreed. Well, I'm jumping in, I just ordered the Ophoria a-chain tonight. I didn't want to miss out on the lowered amount for the free shipping. I'm just bummed I forgot, yet again, to pick out my free gift. *kicks self*

I can stretch it pretty good, I'll make sure and measure it and add that in my review. It always goes back to the same shape though. I think it would actually help if it were a bit more rigid, I had a bit of trouble with the first two beads, but after that they went in fine.

I have the A-chain and Flexi Felix and white both are good, there is one aspect in the Ophoria beads that I prefer over the Fun Factory one. Flexi is more flexible and when you pull it out, you may get an elastic effect after releasing the last beads. Great set but it can get extra messy. The Ophoria is not that elastic and smaller in circumference than Flexi, and may begin to be "too small" rather quickly. The thing I like best about the Flexi is that I can easily leave it in during partner sex and he'll feel it well as it tends to bunch up together.
But don't be fooled by Felix's flexibility, the silicone is sturdy and it's nothing to worry about.
Both great for beginners.

They look like a great toy. Smaller, but still good.
