I have managed a 2.5" diameter dildo, but it was pretty squishy (Cyberskin), and that was years ago. Lately, my limit has been about 2" in Vixskin. I seriously doubt I'd ever be able to handle 3.25" of a harder material.

The largest I can handle is a 1.5" diameter in VixSkin (and about 1" to 1.25" in firmer materials). My poor vagina would probably die most terribly if I tried something this big.
