#Roundup - February 27th edition

Hi again!

It’s that time of week…time to pull out my golden lasso.
We had about 135 total reviews come in this week...not too shabby! Some newbies, some old heads and a lot of in-betweens = a great mix.

I did notice one bad thing this last week or so – the comments on new reviews seem to be kinda sparse. What’s up with that? However, the forum is hoppin – so there’s still a lot of interaction in the community. Just make sure to give the reviews a bit of feedback when you can. I have definitely noted great improvement in some contributors who’ve gotten suggestions on their content and writing style. Do it as a public service

Tantric got down with Miss Vanilla DeVille in his review for the Vanilla DeVille Fleshlight. He even mixed it up a bit by using a few other toys in conjunction…sounded like a 5 star fuck all the way, from his thorough account!

This sweat-soaked review of the Tango double dildo from Liz2 is great. First, she uses it solo then she bends over her boyfriend and last, gives a good pounding to her girlfriend. She takes the business of fucking seriously!

The practical Ms.Scarlett Muse takes a sensory approach with this peachy toy. Does it give her ‘Georgia on her mind’ while getting off? Hmmm, she didn’t say that…but maybe? It smells like peaches, is super soft and wasn’t too bad in the power department.

Of course the busiest girl on the block has scads of new reviews this week… this one from the indomitable Cinnamon Chambers tells us how to delay your man’s orgasm without a cock ring and numb that pesky toothache! She makes sure to give responsible advice as well. Sweet!

Well…the hour is late-ish, so get on with getting off and have a good weekend!

If the reviews here weren't so darn good, I wouldn't be buying so many toys! I love reading all of them, even the older ones going back to 07.

In the Pink...it is your one week anniversary...you should be in bed!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Mmmmm... peaches.

Way better than "sex toy scent of death".

Hm I'm wondering how safe the numbing gels are like anal eze.. first it's not natural to numb some thing and when something gets numb usually its a bad thing, right? I don't believe they are not regulated by the FDA or other testing companies so I'm wondering if the ingredients are bad in someway for you. I'm not sure what it means but it says sold as a novelty.. and I can't help but think that means its bad or not able to be sold unless it says that.. I bought a tube of anal eze bc I bought a really huge anal toy but I saw it and was like, heh that ain't gonna fit even with the anal eze so I returned it but kept the anal eze which I think I should have returned also.

now that I thought about using anal eze after I bought it and how it has a numbing effect I can't help but think that's bad.. I know every time my foot gets numb (falling asleep) from not enough blood circulation to it, that my body is trying to tell me to move it to get the blood flowing again. anyone see the similarities to this and the numbing gel?

I bring up the argument what if you use it often and it starts to have a permanent numbing effect? or every time you use it some of its numbness stays or does not fully recover and over time is desensitizing your penis, anus or vagina. I don't think anal eze has been tested on a long term use. most things aren't when they first release people don't realize the effects it has until it's to late and 20 years from now...

anyone else feel the same way about the risks involved on products like this? especially involving your special parts..

I'm thinking of throwing mine out unopened and not used..

does anyone find my view points bring up valid arguments? anyone happen to agree with me on this? or am I just overly cautious/OCD

Numbing agents are bad. That is why EF decided to no longer carry them. The only time you should numb anything would be for a medical procedure.

Ah good to know I am going to throw it away now! Maybe someone should market a slightly thicker condom to reduce sensation for the male then he might last longer.. this sounds a lot safer imo!

I've heard double condoms work well for reducing sensation as well. My favorite are the more cognitive approaches where you teach yourself to work with the sensations, though - although that does take longer.

What about mild numbing agents for things like toothache and teething (for children)? I thought EF stopped carrying numbing sexual aids because pain is an important part of knowing what is "good/safe" for your body. With products such as Anal Eze, the numbing sensation takes away the pain but does not help you automatically relax the muscles in the anus, which is an essential part of practicing safe and pleasurable anal sex. I don't know that numbing agents themselves, at that low intensity and locality, are dangerous in and of themselves. In my experience, the numbing sensation only lasted about 10-15 minutes.

Interesting article about how analgesics may cause long-term negative effects in the brain development of children! Ok--so much for the kids' toothache topic, but adults are not affected negatively (according to this study). Has there been a study that shows that the numbing agents used in Anal Eze would be dangerous for any chemical reasons?
