Hello everybody!
So, I’m taking on more Review Program related stuff – and to kick off *my* first roundup, I’m going to give the total review stats for the whole month of June.
We had a whopping 665 reviews for June! WHOA! Crazy, right?
I chose 5 reviews from this week that stuck with me for one reason or another – without further ado, my 5 are:
Red Roulette: “The Box that comes in a Box” - a review of the Ayana Angel Pussy and Ass Realistic Vagina by California Exotics. This review had me at “it’s an incredibly lifelike 'chunk' of crotch”. It is both informative and entertaining!
Sleeping Dreamer: “1920’s Parisian Glamor!” - a review of the La Femme Double Strap Harness by Stockroom. After doing a 100 sex toy reviews (which is kind of mind blowing) as a token of appreciation from Eden, Sleeping Dreamer picked out the La Femme double strap harness which she writes about here in her 105th review.
Kuupogal: “On Our Backs, and Not For a Nap Either!” - a review of the book ‘On Our Backs – a guide to Lesbian Sex’. Kuupogal’s review made this book sound very interesting to me for a few reasons. I actually work in the same area of Philadelphia that she mentioned, and I have friends and family that belonged to this scene. Yes, the fact that I am a straight married male kind of makes most of the content of the book not very relevant to my lifestyle….however, I find the study of human interaction to be quite interesting. Not to mention that this book may actually be very helpful to its target audience.
Red: “Who is the Real Hannah Harper?” - a review of the Hannah Harper Authentic Love Doll by Pipedream. Having reviewed an inflatable doll myself, I now feel a certain kind of bond with others who have, and ‘using’ the doll is the initiation. I seriously have especially enjoyed reading the inflatable doll reviews for this reason. ? I too used the foot pump with my hands.
Lolita Slut: “Good Evening, Officer…” - a review of the Captivity Cuffs handcuffs by Topco. And finally, last but not least, Lolita Slut’s handcuff review. What a better way to kick off a holiday (and a notoriously wild one for some folks) weekend than with a review of handcuffs. Without any facts to back this statement up with, I would assume that handcuffs are a universal symbol of kinky sex, even to people who know nothing of BDSM or even sex toys. I would think that just about anyone on the planet would see 2 (or 3,5,10) consenting adults (who are not cops) and a pair of handcuffs would immediately imagine some of that 70’s ‘adult cinema’ style wah-wah heavy guitar strumming!
Have a great holiday weekend everyone, be safe and use lots of lube!
