I see that sometimes there are people that will vote for all the requests, even if it shows in the articles that they have written that they should probably go through a mentor first. Why is this?
I understand everyone wants to be upgraded and should be. But I realized that even I was upgraded probably before I should have been. I went through a mentor after and learned so many things that I should have known before being upgraded in order to give detailed and decent reviews. Does everyone read the reviews from the person requesting an upgrade and vote based on them? Or is it just a courtesy to vote for them? I always read them first personally, isn't that how it should be?
I know it would have probably been better for my reviews and Eden as a whole if I had gone through the mentorship before being upgraded. And I dont mean to sound as if I am bitching or griping about it, I am just curious. What drive you to vote for someone?
