Im trying to apply for an upgrade request. Can seem to find the link, once i go to the review page where do i go from there?? What do i click on?? And how do you vote on someone to become an advanced reviewer?? Cant seem to find that either

It looks like you're an advanced reviewer already. If you graduated from a mentor class, you're automatically an advanced reviewer.
