I am hoping to get enough votes to become an advance member so I can continue to experiment with new toys and at the same time learn about them so I can help others make informed desisions. Anyone have any advice they have learned through the program that they didnt know befor becomming a member of Eden? would love to hear your stories and thoughts on this.

People in the community are very friendly and welcoming of new reviewers. You'll be at advanced status before you know it.

Have you considered the mentor program? It is very helpful, there are many excellent mentors looking forward to helping you write informative reviews. Based only on your introduction in the paragraph above, I would not vote for you. You could benefit from the mentor program and in reality, it is less work for you than asking for empty votes. I have also noted that the writers who were advanced through the mentor program are the ones who receive better ratings. In the long run, do yourself and the community a favor and choose a mentor.

It is very likely that if you are motivated and had selected a mentor on the day you posted this thread, you would be an advanced reviewer right now. It is not something that is meant as a punishment. It helps everyone and you will have a close contact that will help you while you are using EF--years from now!!

SexyStuff is correct, this is a friendly and welcoming community but we also want quality over quantity.

Hi! I'm just starting out here too, and I would recommend getting a mentor to help become a better reviewer. I'm sure not sorry I did!
