Thank You ... and a Question

Thank you so much for updating the Review Program & Description Program Guidelines. I think they are much easier to understand and I like that the information is all together.

One thing I noticed missing is the "one free toy a month" in the Review Program. I know the previous guidelines said you can receive one toy a month, but then an administrator said in a forum you cannot receive another free assignment until one month from when you post your review of your last free toy. Just wondering if this has changed (like the pricing guidelines did), or if it is the same and also where this information is now. (I'm off lately...maybe I'm just not seeing it?)

Thanks again for the changes!

First, you're quite welcome. I am glad you like them! It was a labor of love

You are correct, the former Terms and Conditions under the 'Support' section, as well as 'The Review Process, both contained content such as "Keep in mind that you may only request ONE (1) product per any FOUR (4) week period)".

This is a general rule. The review assignments time-frame begins from the moment the assignment is accepted, then account time for shipping, the contributor using the toy a few times, writing the review and submitting it, then the review getting accepted and published ...it usually works out to about 3 weeks. The system tabulates your time, marks overdue review assignments as outstanding and will not allow you to make requests if you have 2 outstanding assignments or a new assignment (under 30 days).

We can add this information to the actual guidelines, as the former terms and conditions for reviews are no longer on the site. The system makes it clear, but it may be helpful to have it as part of the guideline content as well.

Thanks!
