Has anyone ever had their video reviews returned to be fixed or not accepted at all?

I have.

It was an issue with not putting the appropriate tags on the video; it was a pretty quick fix, and after they told me what I'd done wrong I haven't had an issue with them being returned.

I have too. It was my fault. Onetime it was a simple spelling error in my text on the video "Nobsense" and "NobEssence" are two different things. And The other time it was for forgetting to attach the background noise.
