Uh..? Weird question.

So, I'm in this batch of editors and have been editing my reviews per day and recently edited an extended review format that was well written. I made minimal corrections to the document and submitted it to be published. I recently received a message saying, "Why did you rate my review 2 stars? I take a rating like that personally, and what would you like to have seen included?" I looked back on the review and the reviewer in question rated the ITEM 2 stars, and I had only edited it and submitted it. She then proceeded to rate my editing as "Poor" before she even got a response from me.

I'm kind of blinking and going .. "Umm what..?" right now, as I'm sure there are rules for a good reason in messing with a reviewer's stars they've given an item. So.. I have no idea what to believe happened.

Anyone ever had something like this happen or anything similar?

Both you and the reviewer can still edit the program to correct any mistake (I think the window for editing is 30 days but I always forget). Rather than get involved in a discussion with the reviewer in question, you may want to contact Sammi, explain the situation, and ask her to contact the reviewer.

I agree with this. I wouldn't get involved in a discussion because the person seems to be a bit hostile.

I agree, the system may have been on the blinks at that point. I've noticed alot of reviews haven't been showing up properly while I view them on the pc, but correct if I view them using the tablet. They've been doing a lot of editing to the site so theat could have been at one of those times. Just expalin the situation to Sammi and she will get it taken care of.
