So I had a review assignment for the Key Petite Curve, but they shipped the Petite Velvet instead. I didn't realize it until after I opened it, so now I'm kind of stuck. I can't return it, and I also can't ever submit a review for the Curve. And I definitely don't want to put my Velvet review on the Curve item. I submitted an order support ticket a few days ago, but I haven't gotten any reply yet. I'd like to get my review up ASAP so that people can see it

TOTALLY e-mail JR about this. He'll get you fixed right up! Sorry that there was a mix up, I had this happen to one of my friends on here once. It's probably because the shipping department isn't getting much sleep with the holiday rush!
