I had requested a product for review. It was approved and I ordered it, I have gotten an email with tracking number on this product but when I go into my assignments it says cancelled by administator. So I am wondering what does that mean?

I've never heard of anything like that before...

I would suggest shooting Gary an email, either by messaging him on site or at his email address: gary@edenfantasys.com. He should be able to help you out

That's really odd. First, see if your tracking number works. If it says that product has been shipped then don't worry about it. Otherwise, contact that admin.

I just checked tracking number and it says its on the way. Just strange that happended

There is an investigation about deliberate multiple orders using a bypass that is a glitch - and it wasn't reported to us until this week. Now we are seeing some that people doing are this on purpose, and we are dealing with it.

More news to come from our programmers. Thanks!

If I made multiple orders I am sorry I did not mean to. It just when I check on the status it still said order.

I've never heard of this happening either. I have never had an assignment canceled without me knowing. If the product is canceled you can't reship it because it is canceled...so you can't grab it again. If it does not arrive, I think they will have to reassign. You can still write the review though.

Well it arrived, and he wrote his review on it today. Although he has to click the link for it since it wasn't under assignments for review like it normally is when you get an assignment.
