Notifications Not Working?

For some reason, I am not receiving notifications when I get new comments on my reviews. I noticed this was happening after the new profile pages came up. I even tried setting alerts for each of my reviews, but I still don't get notices in my email. I checked my settings and everything seems to be ok...am I doing something wrong?

So weird...I already did that, but it showed as not verified, so I redid it. Thanks, Adriana. Hope it works now.

I had to redo it as well and it worked. Not sure why.

I just received a notification that I had a comment on a review. But when I checked the comment was made 4 days ago. And I did check and my email is verified.

Yeah, for some reason they've been really slow now that the system's changed. I used to get email notifications immediately when a comment was made.

The alert notifications should be sent within 30 minutes after the event(comment), we will investigate the issue.
