How long does it take after they are added to actually be open to assignment requests? There are some new items that just got added, and are already available to purchase. But both the 'Free assignment' and 'Buyout assignment' selections come up grey.

If the free assignment button is grey, that could mean that only one item was received meaning it would be a descriptive review assignment, or if it's a new item it could mean that others have already requested it and the item has reached its assigned review limit.
