I just got an email that I'm past due on my review.
I received my product to review almost 3 weeks ago. It was broken so the next day I called Eden, they sent me a shipping label and I dropped the box in one of the UPS drop boxes. I hadn't heard anything from EF for a week and half after that so I called to see what was going on. I was told they never received the package back and the shipping label was never activated by UPS! To make things even worse, I called UPS and they have no record of the shipping label!!!! I'm super scared and have no idea what to do, I love EF and I have no idea what I'd do if I couldn't review anymore
Has this ever happened to anyone else? What can I do?!?!
