Absolutely...a buy out assignment means you get 30% off in exchange for a review.

Otherwise, everyone could just take the 30% off everything all the time.

Yes, you must write review on a buyout assignment. If there is a reason why you cannot write the review---the toy broke, you can't use it, or the sizing of an outfit/garment is way off, then you should immediately contact JR and he will work with you on the issue.
