how long is too long to write a review after getting an assignment?

Contributor: aliceinthehole aliceinthehole
i got two description assignments and they weren't toys i was very excited about and i ended up trying one of them (ben wa balls) 2x and just simply could not get them in and leave them there... felt like a medical examination, yuck! so i've been putting it off. i think it's been at least 3 weeks now...

how long is too long to wait to write the review?

thanks!

Regular assignments are usually supposed to be written within 3 weeks or so, descriptive reviews are usually more time pressing and 2 weeks is generally preferred. I'd definitely get on writing them really soon.

One thing about Descriptive reviews to remember, you are describing the product first and foremost. How good or bad they work for you is secondary (Save this for the 'Personal' and 'Experience' sections).

For the first few products I have wrote DR's on, that I did not care for them, this was somewhat of a hurdle to get over. Once I remembered to just tell about the product, they became much easier, even the ones that never got used again. Hell I have had two that I only used once, they just did not work for me.
