I'm so shy so I stumble over my words but with reviews I've seen on YT for other things, people say it gets easier with time. I'm too shy to show my face so I'm wondering if anyone can give tips for a newbie making video reviews!
Help! Tips and advice for making video reviews?

Here's my list of suggestions:
* You don't have to write a complete script, but if you're worried you'll stumble or forget something, make a bulleted list or cue cards that you can follow.
* Do a test of the mic levels before your first take! You don't want to have your first try go perfectly only to discover on playback that there's virtually no sound.
* Make sure you have good lighting and that the camera is properly focused. A webcam or iPhone camera will produce better video under proper conditions, than a high-end handheld model will under poor conditions.

Thanks! I love the idea of doing a bulleted list of things so I don't forget anything!

Beck told me about the "Windows Movie Maker" program which allows you to cut out parts of your video. This really helps me because I'm a rambler. My videos end up being like 15-20 minutes and then I cut out all the blooper parts (where I mess up my words, etc) and the rambling parts. You should check that out!
