I'm working on a few slideshows that I hope to have up next week. I've never made a video for Eden before, so I'm very excited! I'm having a little trouble finding music to put under my slideshows, is there a difference between public domain and royalty-free? Does anyone know any good sites for public domain music that could be used in videos?

I know YouTube has a big list of music people can use on there, maybe the same songs can be used elsewhere too?

This is what I use for my videos. You should find what you need there!

I checked that sites terms of use and they say that a fee must be paid for internet videos.

I found a couple sites I think will be perfect, freepd.com and link. They have the most straight-forward rules I've found, everything's public domain, free and can be used for anything.

I use Kevin MacLeod's music at incompetech.com
He clearly states anyone can use his music for any project, but he does appreciate a credit for his music. I use it for all my video reviews because he creates a wide variety of music, much of it very high quality!
On his site he also lists a bunch of other sites where you can find free to use music from other musicians.
