I agree, much of the information on EF is relatively inaccessible to the public because they either do not know how to navigate threads in the forum (searching topics) or because the information is outdated. I recently recommended at the CEC that they update their FAQs because there is hardly ANY information to be found there and it is probably causing an overwhelming amount of confusion and unnecessary support tickets. I think the same needs to be done with the review and video review information. Most of the info is on the Eden blog, but I don't even know how to get to that and I have been around for 6 months.
There is a LOT of information that Eden has provided for their customers and contributors and there is a large amount of it that many of the contributors don't even know exists. I think what needs to happen is a combination of a sitemap being added and the appropriate links being available on pages where people would actually be trying to find the information from.
By the way, I actually have done a couple of reviews I plan to do many more too! less
