I have called and left messages and have even emailed through the page and have not had any contact back. I purchased a product and recieved it. It didnt work when I opened the box a week later and plugged it in to charge. Wouldnt charge. I called and spoke to a man who said in 3-5 business days I would be refunded the money. I never got refunded. Left messages and still nothing. I need to be refunded back what I paid. I don't appreciate paying for a device that doesnt work and then promised a refund only to never get it. Then to top it off I am brushed off. What is another number other than on this site?

The refund was issued on December 21st. It usually takes up to 5 business days for the funds to be posted back to the account.
Processing time depends on your bank.If that did Not happen, then please make sure to contact your bank for assistance.
