I was browsing through a few reviews on a specific product and seen a review which I had previously read, voted on, and commented on thanking the reviewer. The review was very well done and helpful. I read/commented/voted on this review late last year. I looked at where my vote was placed and it was "worth reading not useful" and this clearly was a terrible mistake. I sort of wish the reviewer had contacted me so I would have seen this mistake sooner. I'm not sure if I 'tabbed' my way to click submit of the vote but it clearly is not that vote I had wanted to give to this specific review.
My question is, if a person accidentally clicks the wrong vote choice, is there a way we can revoke this vote? I'm absolutely shocked that I hadn't realized this sooner. I know that reviewers are not supposed to contact voters asking them to explain their vote, etc but I really wish this person did. Especially since I said "thank you" in the comments which clearly doesn't match with the vote I accidentally gave. I had meant to give this person "useful", and I know it was such a long time ago that this incident happened but since I'm just seeing this now, I feel like an idiot.
