Second Question - This is an Affiliate Program Manager position not "Program manager." (I'm assuming you needed someone) What is it?

It seems to be affiliate program only. The email states it was largely unmanaged previously. Doesn't sound like a replacement issue.

I was a bit confused at first because I had always assumed the review and affiliate programs were under the same umbrella - I guess because anything to do with the affiliate program was sort of lumped in with the rest of the site.
