I have a rank of 4.6 and an advanced reviewer. I want to still join a mentoring program because I always think there is room for improvement.
From what I have heard, it's not as easy to get into a mentor program as an advanced reviewer since there is no incentive for the mentor him/herself. Is this correct? If so, is there anything I can do to improve my chances of being accepted as a student?
I've been denied once, so any bit of advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
