When I look at your profile, I see that you're already a student with Laur3n. She should be sending you messages about your "class" which is basically writing reviews and submitting them to her and then editing them, etc. as she helps you with the reviews.
Have you checked your personal messages for anything from her? I don't know when you signed up under her.
You can find your messages here.
Support tickets are what you send in when you want to see if a product will be coming back into stock or you have a problem with an order.
You can find out more about the review program here with a whole list of articles you can read on the guidelines, etc.

Support tickets also can be submitted for problems with information on product pages---like incorrect pricing, wrong ingredient list, misspellings, so forth and so on. They can also be submitted for issues with the site itself, like points not being added to your account when they should be, problems with gift cards, or not receiving email notifications.

Problems with specific users or the conduct thereof, should be emailed to Kristi@edenfantasys.co m
Problems with receiving assignments or needing to return assignments should be emailed to almon@edenfantasys.com or to gary@edenfantasys.com

If you have a mentor than your questions can be asked to them, but if their timing does not seem to work out for you, then you can also message some of the regulars and we would be happy to answer your questions. The green dot lets you know who is online, so you can get a good answer from one of us. But if it is something that needs the administration than support ticket is your best bet, since it will end up with the right person.

...no not really.
A service ticket is one way a community member or customer can contact someone on-site about an issue without having to track down who's who.
Otherwise, good answers on here!
