Student Review Time Period

Contributor: MuffysPinguLove MuffysPinguLove
I have a student that submitted a review to me over a month ago and I sent my suggestions for revision, but I never received a response. The product that the student reviewed is one sponsored by Eden. I was wondering how the three week time period for reviews effects the mentor program and a situation like this, because the review is currently sitting in Mentor revision limbo. I've tried messaging them several times, but I haven't received any response. I figured I would post this question on the forum in case any other mentors had experienced this situation.

I have never had the problem before but it sounds like the student may have lost interest.

Yeah, I have one like that too ... I haven't heard back from her and I've emailed them to find out if they needed anything. How long do they have to complete the class again?

But even if they've "lost interest," aren't they obligated to complete the review since it was provided by Eden free of charge?

I've always wondered what happens to people who get free items as assignments and then never turn in a review. Are they tracked down/made to write or perhaps charged if they don't?
