I had one for a while that was like that, it didn't take long to become frustrated and just cancel the class. If they're serious about reviewing with a Mentor they would activate the service, plus it's easy enough to figure it out.
No I am the opposite I have a student now I have left them a couple of emails and have not heard from them since I went away on vacation last weekend. I understand they are busy but it does not take that long to respond back I am getting frustrated but trying to hang in there. They have one more review to do and I just don't want to give up on them, yet anyways. If it goes on for weeks more I think I will cancel.
