OK so the problem is I have a student that's been patiently awaiting for her assignment to come since JANUARY! That was months ago. She's been patient and cannot move forward until she gets it. From what I've understood, mentors send in a request to the email partners@edenfantasys. I've sent the email several times and I know I've got the right email because I have gotten replies, but the assignment is NEVER sent to my students and now 2 of them think the whole review program isn't even real! I've tried explaining and I don't blame them for finally saying something after waiting this long. I don't know what else to do or who else to email. I mean, I'm a mentor too. I may not be the most likable, but my goodness, I'm a mentor and I've done a very good job so I feel like I'm being "blown off."
Also, my other student has been waiting for their assignment that, although I send the emails and get replies, it never shows up in their mail.
Does this only happen to me? I've tried discussing it via email and get nowhere so I did not know where else to turn. I'm starting to feel like crap about the whole thing though.
What should I do? Why won't my students get their assignments? I've never heard of this happening to other mentors who request assignments for their students. I don't know if it may be a personal thing? I hope not. Despite what someone may think of me, my students shouldn't be done this way and I think as a mentor, my emails should be addressed. My students and I aren't any less than any others here so I'm feeling irritated about it.
