Close! But, no cigar I'm afraid. This is a glitch in the system. The only way to unlock said review is to take another mentor on and have them publish the review for you. You wouldn't necessarily need their guidance in writing it or anything, you just need to use them as a go between for the time being. Once they publish two of your reviews, they can graduate you.

This is something that everyone needs to keep in mind - mentors/students/contr ibutors alike - It's best if you do not start writing a review until you're ready to get it in the stages of publication. You never can tell what kind of difficulties you might run into when you are ready to write the review. less
