I know you have to be mentored before you can qualify to be a mentor. But I'm hoping to start mentoring others asap. Will I still be able to be a student during my time as a mentor?
Can you mentor and be mentored at the same time?

Yep! I do it regularly. I like being mentored because it keeps me from getting lazy!

Definitely!! You can continue being mentored by others to learn different aspects of mentoring while you mentor your own students.

Absolutely, but just keep in mind that you have to reach a certain rank before you're able to become a mentor! It's a great program and it's awesome to take on different mentors because we all have different ways of teaching and different perspectives on things!
