When writing reviews, what is your greatest strength? What is your weakest?

Contributor: js250 js250
My greatest strength is my ability to sit down and let my review spill out of me. I just write, then go back over it and separate out the different sections.

My weakest point is how to keep the cleaning, materials and function sections fresh and interesting.

I feel like I do a good job of explaining the construction of a toy and how it interacts with my body. I might say my greatest strength is either that or the ability to include detail, and write a summary that gets across all the important points in the word limit.

My weaknesses---I guess I should ask people who read my reviews? Without doing any research, I'd say my weakness is describing packaging, because I don't care about it and often skip it.

You call that a weakness? I call it a strength.

I think my greatest strength is the sense of humour I attempt to bring into my reviews, or the little snarky quips.

At times I think my biggest weakness is being too demanding on luxury toys. I mean I think of it like this, if I am going to spend my hard earned points on a specific luxury item, it had better root tootin have no manufacturers defects or motor issues or writing all over the silicone or or or or or...

My weakness would definitely have to be the Summary. I have been working on trying to make it better. But after you write everything else, it's hard not to sound repetitive.

My strength, I think, is talking about the design of the toy. I think I do a good job of describing the toy.

My weekness seems to be the use section and trying to grab the readers attention there. Stregth would have to be sharing intimate details of how we used the product. It seems a bit srange the information I share. But it is our hope that our experiances really help someone.

I have difficulty with the title, and the summary section.

Strength... well, I'm not really sure.

agreed when it comes to material and cleaning you start feeling like your being repetitive... but when you consider that some people will be reading that stuff for the first time its not so bad ...

Strengths: Titles and openings.
Weaknesses: I'm tough to please when it's an item over, oh $45. Also, it takes me a long time to get one done.

I love your answers!!! It is amazing, knowing a lot of the people who answered, after reading your reviews I would not have guessed your weakness. The strengths are surprisingly more diverse than I thought they would be.

Keep those interesting answers coming in!!!

LOL!!! Weakness indeed. I've gotten to the point where I am tired of people whining about what the packaging looks like, so now I just put a picture and that's that.

I think I do a pretty good job of conveying my feelings and experiences with a product and the description.

I definitely need to work on my summary and create some wittier titles and keep the nuts and bolts parts of reviews more fresh.

I think my strengths lie in the amount of detail I put into my reviews now that I'm getting the hang of writing them. Weaknesses... Too many pictures, maybe?

My mentors could probably tell you more.
