This is the item you get free every month. Also, do you use the Extended or the Standard Template. Why?

I prefer having more time to test out a product and review it and usually I use the standard template because the extended one looks to cluttered.

I get mine once a month if there is something I am interested in trying.

I always use Extended when available because I'm wordy. I wait to request an item until there's something I want.
11/19/2012
I don't mind trying new things so if I see something that might be interesting I'll request it. I always try to use the Extended Template whenever possible because it helps organize the review and it also helps you include more details.
11/19/2012
I request items when there is something I'm interested in, and I usually always use the extended format. It helps me not to leave things out.

I use extended for toys, but for simpler things like lube I will use standard.
I haven't done DR yet, so I guess I like doing the items I paid for buyouts.

I prefer the extended template because I am not the best writer in the world and prefer to have a guide to go by.

These are fun reviews and I get to try out items that are new to me--but I do wait until something I want is available for review! I will not review items I have no interest in. I use the extended template since I get a bit long winded sometimes.....

I use the Free-Form/Extended Template. I used to use the Standard until I found the boxes "boxed" me in.

I request when I find something I'm interested in.

This item is one the manufacturers have for reviews needed. Also a free item.

I've done a few and most of them have been meh. I like doing them though because it's usually for upcoming products people are curious about.

I do have to admit, most of the time I seem to get the items that are left on the shelves--but have come across some amazing things that are ones I would have passed over!! These reviews are the ones I look at as surprise gifts...you do not know what you are going to get and you can experiment a bit on new things. These reviews are pretty fun and I like doing them.

I've got a couple of these. They're fun, but I seem to end up with frustrating toys like the Butterfly Kiss was.

This is a neutral based review that goes on the product page and is usually given to advanced reviewers. However, there have been a few times newer members who have not signed up have been surprised!!

I'm in the DR program. I have a hard time with DR reviews because you have to be neutral and I'm an opinionated person. lol I've gotten a few that were junk and I had to be careful with my wording so it didn't say "this is crap!" Since then I'll only accept DRs that look like good products so I don't feel like I'm lying.

I was just recently accepted into this program and I love it so far. It does take more effort than regular reviews but it's worth it.

These are a bit more of a generic writing style than I am used to, but I am concentrating on keeping my personal aspects out of more of the review--and adding them to the experiences area. I do enjoy these for the challenge and the ability to describe a new item to others!!!

I do a lot of these or get them on buyout as well.

Only type of review I have done so far (all two of them, but several more in the works). I have always used "templated" writing in my normal writing, so the extended template feels much more comfortable to me. It takes a bit to avoid heavy redundancy, but the structure helps make sure that you hit every single aspect of a review.
Have not tried the other systems yet, but I take a long time to get a written piece out. Perfectionism wins over expediency with me, especially with many other presentation and writing commitments in my life. So, I am not sure the free items or sponsored reviews would be the best for me given the timelines involved.

Generally my favorite. Items I get myself are usually the ones I'm most excited about and thus more passionate about the review.

I prefer to do ones that I have bought and paid for. And those are the ones I prefer to read as well. I feel that when someone pays for something out of their own points or pockets, it gives them the incentive to hold nothing back.

I just love shopping here on Eden and with the points it's possible for me to do it more often

These type of reviews are either my absolute favorite or absolute worst. It depends on if the item lived up to my expectations or was a serious failure. I feel like the ones I have purchased are my no-holds-barred reviews, so ya get what ya read!!!

I like the toys I buy, mostly because I like higher end toys.

I enjoy these the most! I was SO into my Fairy Mini review that I had to stop myself writing. I felt like I was word vomiting. LOL
