Do you think reviews with bullets, italics, bold and other small details make it look more polished and professional or does this matter?
When reading reviews, what is your opinion on added formatting?

I love added formatting so long as it makes sense... different font choices or colors just for the hell of it is annoying to look at, but using bold or italicized text for emphasis, or bullets for listing items, is a Yes Please in my book. But then again, I'm a total blog and HTML snob, so I could be biased.

I do like formatting in reviews, if it's used for a purpose, like adding emphasis or clarity. Formatting can certainly contribute to a more useful review, in my opinion.
I only know about the formatting that comes up under the Links & formatting mouseover pop-up. Is there a page on here explaining how to do other formatting, such as bullets?

I wasn't aware we could do things like that... I've tried and gotten error messages before.

Formatting looks great, if used correctly and with restraint. Overuse just makes things crazier.

It really depends. If it's not overused, it's fine, but when it's every other word that's italicized/bolded, it makes reading the review a nightmare.

I find the formatting options too cumbersome. I prefer the Ctrl functions used in MSWord - like Ctrl-b for bold, Ctrl-i for italic, etc.

I like adding formatting to my reviews, it takes more time, but in my opinion, it makes the review really look well done and can also make it easier to read.

I think it's great for helping truly express what you're trying to say.

They may be a little cumbersome, but I think that helps to keep their use down to a minimum level. I always add bold subheaders to my reviews, and will occasionally add italics or sometimes even bold within the review text, if it's warranted.
