I have a private wishlist titled NTR (need to review), I place anything that has under 3 reviews that I like on it and then when I need to get student or my assignments, I go to the list and apply for an item. This has really helped me grab available items and cut the time looking down by hours.

When it's time for me to pick a new toy to review, I just check a couple times a day to see if a new toy has come in that I'm interested in reviewing, and then I try to snap it up quickly.

I just check back often and sometimes go way back in searches just to see.

I also find that going after a new toy is easier...I did go on a master hunt once for vibrators with less than 3 reviews...and I found like two toys. Newer is easier, but you have to grab it right away. I got lucky the other day but usually I'm too late! lol

I don't have the time to look so I usually just get a toy that I really want at the buyout price.

For my last "pick," I applied my "product preferences" and had it display only products that had no reviews. I don't know if that increases your chances of being selected for something, but it does greatly narrow down the extremely large data base of products they list for review.
I've also made requests directly from certain manufacturers from the drop down menu; if there is a company who consistently puts out good stuff, it doesn't hurt to browse what's on there to see if there is something you'd really like to try out.
