A long time ago I wrote a review on an item that I look back on now and would like to try again. If I get this item in a different color, could I review it again? I think the item I had originally received might have been damaged and that was why it wasn't as nice as I had hoped and would like to give it another shot. I just didn't know if it would be acceptable to write another review on the same item, though it's been almost two years later.

Once you have done a review it won't let you review it again. You can only do a review on the item once from my understandings.

I've reviewed different flavors for items, so it may be possible is you choose a different color. You can't get it as an assignment or anything, but maybe if you just buy it as normal it will let you. Not 100% sure though about the 2nd review.

Actually come to think of it, the 1st of the flavors was in a set, so I wan't actually doing the same item. Scratch that then. I'm really not sure. Haha.

It makes sense...I just hate the fact that I was so new to the site when I wrote it and it was probably damaged when I received it! I'll probably order a second one any way...but no, it doesn't look like I can review it again, even in a different color. Thank you both!

With different flavors and scents, you could review an item twice. But, with colors, it's essentially the same item. And it's okay, we all have toys like that and reviews we wish we could do over. Just think of it as a record of your improvement.

You could also just write a really great follow up review! That way you can tell them about what you think about it now.

I had...a long time ago. I just feel like I wasn't able to give the product a fair chance 'cause I didn't know better then. It's not about making my review better, it's giving the item a second look. It's not a big deal though. Just wasn't sure if that was something I could do.

I'd suggest maybe writing a quick blurb in the comment section and then bold your comment? I know it's not as nice as a follow-up but it's better than nothing? I dunno. Just throwing the idea out there : )
