I had to send a review back to a reviewer (first time I've had to do so, as a edit job, not as a mentor) for several reasons.

I now have no idea if I will get the same review back after it is fixed by the reviewer, or does it go back into the Que for someone else to grab?

I did a lot of work on the majority of this edit, but now it has to go back and I don't know if I will get it back, since I already know what it looked like before and would be happy to continue the editing job until it is finished well enough to publish?

So, do I get the same one back, or does it go back into the Que?

You can keep it, but it counts as one of your reviews towards the daily total. Also, you can't accept new ones until it is published our you release it. If you release it, any editor can take it ones the reviewer resubmits it.
