Have these changes affected your review writing?
Do you have other things going on right now and don't have the time?

I've been very busy in real life, which is a big part in why I haven't reviewed lately - I just moved and I'm spending all of my time writing cover letters to look for a job. I'm in the process of setting up a blog, however, so even if I got a job tomorrow, I probably wouldn't start reviewing again until I got it to a point where it was feasible for me to start posting my reviews to there. I was originally going to wait for the changes to take place with the review program, because I've only written a handful of reviews and decided that I shouldn't get too used to the format if it might be changing, but since I'm going to be trying off-site reviews, as soon as I can get my blog set back up and have five hours or so to spare, I'm going to be cranking out my next review. =)
The changes to the point program have nothing to do with anything, but the upcoming changes to the review program did at one point stop me from writing. I mean, it became irrelevant after about a week because I'm finally trying to set up my blog, but it did matter when I thought that they were going to be a quick change.
