I am a new reviewer. I am really trying to get my rank up to 5. Which has proven to be very hard. Even harder with people who don't want to give honest review. I think if Eden should set up a new system. If you vote below useful, you have to explain your reasons. Tell me what you thing?

People are allowed to vote based on their own opinion and aren't required to give a reason for it. Forcing people to give a reason for voting less than useful will probably only succeed in a lot of people not voting, at least in my opinion. You also have the option of asking the person who voted low on your review so long as you do it politely, however they're not obligated to respond. If they don't, don't ask again, just let it go, lol. If you believe that you're being downvoted on purpose, that is a serious offence and you should email Kristi to let her know.
If you want a way to improve your own reviews you can check out the mentor program, which lets you work one on one with somebody with a lot more experience with reviews so you can improve your reviews.

I have already done the mentor program. :/ I passed after writing two reviews, and I feel like I have greatly improved since the first time writing a review. I know I have a lot more to work on. I just wished some people would explain deeper when voting. A lot of the people with higher ranks seem to vote then respond why they voted so low. I just hate when someone votes low and doesn't explain.

I think I'll try what you have said and ask why.
