Am I the only one having problems with reviews not posting to the review page?

I just am curious if this is an isolated incident. I swear this has been happening for over a month. I've already submitted a few tickets and nothing has happened yet. JR informed me that the list is only refreshed 1-2x a day, which I did not know before.

When I publish a review or a follow up review, they do not hit the main review page under the category for most recent. ie: I just did my Aneros Helix review yesterday and it's nowhere to be found on the review page (not under anal toys/men's or anything else for that matter. Nor is it listed on most recent. As a result, I am getting far less views than
usual.

I see reviews from today Jan 18th all the way back to Jan 8th under recent anal toys and mine is nowhere to be found.

I had the same problem with at least the last 4 follow ups or reviews I posted too.

Other people have had issues with publishing reviews, and I've had one that keeps unpublishing itself for some reason. I'm just hoping that the glitches get worked out asap!

Thanks for the info. I had not seen anything posted anywhere and no one I corresponded with seemed aware of the problem.

Reviews show up in a couple different places on site. If you got to the main review page, you see the newest published and video reviews.

If you go to the anal toy page, you'll see a Spotlight review for that category. These change often and are picked by an admin. If you got to the product page for the product you reviewed, your review will be there too.

The site updates more than once or twice a day, it just depends on which area we're talking about.

I had that problem too. I also couldn't save/publish my reviews. I just kept trying to save it and after a few weeks it worked.
