Further "Follow-Ups" on reviews?

Contributor: LiftedUp LiftedUp
As it stands right now, after submitting a review, we have the ability to post a follow-up review after having a bit more time with the toy. However, I feel that sometimes certain products may warrant even further follow-ups. Currently we are unable to post another follow-up, or even edit the one we first posted to add additional information.

Case and point: The Latex Penis Pants I reviewed quite some time ago ( link ) were still holding up a year later when I posted a follow-up review. Shortly thereafter they finally ripped through. I would've liked to post this information in the follow-up so that it would've been more prevalent for those reading the review. Instead I am forced to post it as a comment on the review.

Is there anything that we can do about this? Perhaps the OPTION of writing further follow-ups? Or maybe just the option to EDIT an existing follow-up?

Just some thoughts for future reviews.

Thanks.

I'll second this. I'd like to be able to edit.

Edit-abilities! YES. I think it'd get crowded if there were multiple follow ups on reviews, but if you could just add a little bit in a "follow up section," if you will, then it'd likely be more condensed/concise/help ful.

We can edit our original reviews, it only makes sense to allow edits to follow ups.

I'll fourth the idea.

I agree! I'd been toying with the idea of asking about secondary follow-ups, and thought that a good way to keep them from getting out of hand might be to require approval for follow-ups after the first one. This way the legit, important follow-ups (i.e. it finally died, or something significantly changed) could be filtered from the "rank-booster" spam (I forgot to say..., I still love it, I still love it again, I still love it again...).

I don't know if anyone else noticed this, but we can now edit follow-up reviews. Thanks for the fast work, EF team!

Wow Awesome!

Took me a minute to find it, but if you go to:

Account -> Contributor Tab -> Reviews

The option is there to Edit reviews and Follow-ups. Fantastic! Thanks EF!
