You can read reviews on similar or the same products that you're going to review to try and make sure that you cover everything. There's also the mentor program if you're interested. A mentor would take you on and give you one on one help to help you write better reviews.

The Mentor program like Sam said is a great option. Even just reading lots of reviews from good contributors will give you a nice feel.
One thing I always tell people, make believe you are telling your BFF about the toy and they have never used a sex toy or even know what they are. Along with info (Size, material, vibe settings, cleaning, etc.) about the toy you also need to tell them how it can be used. Furthermore, add your personality and a bit of humor to the review. If it sounds like a computer talking you will not get good results.
Hope that helps a bit. The good part is the more you do the better you'll become. Go read anyone's first review and then read the last, you can always see a big improvement.

Dwtim has great advice as well. I often tell people to try and describe something like they were talking to their best friend, I know it helps me write a lot of my reviews

Many good ideas here. The Mentor program is great! And so is reading reviews from your favorite reviewers to see how they do it.

I try to make a simplified version first, so everyone gets the basic gist of my opinions before having to read my long winded explanations.

1. Mentor Program is really helpful.
2. Read a bunch of reviews... On different types of products. Take note of the reviews that really stand out to you as informative and well-written.
3. For me, I look at the extended format as a guide with helpful questions at the top to ensure that I cover everything. Don't JUST answer those questions, but really write about them and all you think is relevant to the toy.
4. Try to be as thorough as possible. And make sure to look over your review before submitting it. It's always helpful to reread and make sure you don't have little spelling mistakes or grammatical errors. We do have editors, but it's always helpful for them to get a cleaned up review, so they can focus on editing more than spelling errors
