Toy for review DOA

I already wrote an email asking about this but I figured I'd post here to see if anyone had some input while I was waiting for a response.
Okay, so I got a vibrator to review in the mail yesterday. I put the battery in it and it sputtered and tried to work but quickly died. I could not get it to work again. I was using a brand new battery. So here's my question, what do I do about my review since I was unable to actually USE the product?

When this happens, email me at partners@edenfantasys. com and we discuss the situation. What will most likely happen will be a return / exchange. We do not want you to review a defective item.

It's like with any defective item from any company anywhere - you return it / get it replaced

These things happen. Even the best products have an occasional defective piece - hell, once I went through 3 car mufflers in one week bc the first two were defective. Granted, those aren't sex toys, but I remember my mechanic calling them "Monday morning mufflers" meaning someone int he factory was still a bit hazy the morning they rolled down the line

Hopefully, you get a Thursday afternoon vibe!

I've had that happen too. Gary and Victoria where extremely helpful and wonderful at getting me a new one.
